Beta status

Smart Garden Manager is an early beta project operated by Stoyan as an individual. It is provided for testing, feedback, and validation.

The beta is currently planned to be free. No payment is collected for joining the waitlist.

What signing up means

Submitting the beta signup form asks to join the Smart Garden Manager beta waitlist and allows Stoyan to contact the person about beta access, invitations, important beta updates, and direct questions related to interest in the product.

Submitting the form does not guarantee access.

No guarantee of service

• Access may be limited, delayed, changed, paused, or discontinued.
• Features may be incomplete, changed, removed, or reset.
• The service may have bugs, downtime, or data loss.
• Support may be limited or unavailable.

No gardening, agricultural, hardware, or safety guarantee

Smart Garden Manager is a software tool for organizing garden care information. It is not professional gardening, agricultural, food safety, engineering, electrical, or legal advice.

Hardware interest is research interest only. It is not a preorder, reservation, deposit, purchase, or delivery promise.

Acceptable use

Users must not attack, scan, disrupt, overload, abuse, scrape in a harmful way, or attempt to access systems or data they are not authorized to access.

Privacy and deletion

Personal data collected through beta signup is handled according to the Privacy Notice. Signup data deletion can be requested at [email protected].

Governing law draft

These beta terms are drafted around the laws of Bulgaria, unless mandatory consumer or data protection law says otherwise. This language still needs final review before publication.
